Jeonnam Dragons recruited goalkeeper Lee Joon (27), striker Jung Ji-yong (26, Gwangju FC), and defender Jung Kang-min (20, Daejeon Hana Citizen) to strengthen the team.

Lee joined Pohang Steelers in 2019 when he was a senior at Yonsei University after passing Changnyeong High School and Changnyeong High School. In his third year as a professional player, he started receiving opportunities in earnest in the 2021 season, and played in six games to achieve consistent results with seven runs and one clean sheet.
