Jeonnam Dragons recruited goalkeeper Lee Joon (27), striker Jung Ji-yong (26, Gwangju FC), and defender Jung Kang-min (20, Daejeon Hana Citizen) to strengthen the team.
Lee joined Pohang Steelers in 2019 when he was a senior at Yonsei University after passing Changnyeong High School and Changnyeong High School. In his third year as a professional player, he started receiving opportunities in earnest in the 2021 season, and played in six games to achieve consistent results with seven runs and one clean sheet. Lee, who moved to Gwangju the following year, recorded 21 runs and six clean sheets in 20 games over three seasons.
Jung Ji-yong is a striker who is strong in movements using fast feet. Having settled in Daejeon in 2023, Jung joined the K4 League in 29 games in B team in the same year, and gained recognition for his performance by scoring one goal and two assists. During the last season, he scored one goal in five K-League games while playing for the first team and the B team. Since then, he moved to Gimpo FC on loan, and has garnered one assist in 10 games.
